After seeing your quote, I have to comment spontaneously on the line "It looks like rain to me" and how overused it is-- so overused that I made an instantaneous parallel to the musical "Parade" by Jason Robert Brown, and thought I'd share these lines:

Frankie: Well hey there, Sunshine!
Mary: Sunshine? Looks like rain, to me.
Frankie (peering somewhere scandalous): Not in here it don't!
Mary: Frankie Effs, you stop that!
Frankie: Aww, I ain't doin' anythin'!

And that's all. They launch into a song after that, and while I love typing... the song is long and bobbles between the two a bunch. So yeah. Love ya!
