"Well...thank you for devoting a section to Deviant for this community. I hope, as I am sure that you do, that it grows to be something that can help change others lives and be an inspiration.

I am sending some artwork that I did. I felt that Deviant could use an official flag.
I am not gay. I say that just to clarify my stance, so that I don't get my mail box filled with propositions ;) (Wink) That said, I am one of the biggest supporters of the GLBT community, with memberships at [link], [link], [link], you name it. I should have been born gay; my life would have been easier.

I spend most of my time trying to explain to both sides, how I can act, look, and live “gay” without actually being gay. See for me being “gay” involves so many different things, and I think it is sad when this world tries to place people in a box, and categorize them by popular terms.

I have many GLBT friends. I love gay clubs, host gay parties, listen to gay music, by gay artists, and live to many, every bit the “gay” lifestyle. Yet being gay also refers to sexual preference, and that I do not share. Imagine me trying to get a girlfriend, and wishing I could take her to gay parties. Doesn’t happen.

So, I wanted to send my love and support via this artwork,..."

I love it. I also very much like your poin of view. Your what we call Queer. And in many places it is no longer refered to as a LGBT community but a LGBTQ community. I know loads of straight girls who love going to gay bars and several guys who could be considered r would consider themselves Queer rather then straight so your not alone.
